dc.description.abstractEntomological analysis of model trees that are inhabited by bark beetle Ips typographus L. in forest pest center of drying spruce in the Orsha-Mogilev forest growing region allowed us to determine population figures of the bark beetle and to analyze the dependence of some indicators from population density. It was found that population density can be alimiting regulator of the number of bark beetle among intrapopulation regulatory mechanisms in the population dynamics.en
