dc.description.abstractThe study aims to analyses the role information technologies can play in improving land management in the developing countries like Lebanon and Belarus. The study suggests to the policy makers from the developing countries like Belarus and Lebanon to develop strategies that discourage traditional methodologies of governance in land management and encourage the adapta bility of e-participation in the government-public communication within this context. Further the study discusses the extent of adoption of ICT in different countries and compare it with its adaption in Lebanon and Belarus. The study concludes with managerial suggestions for the land administrators to improve the land management in the regions.en
