dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study is to propose a model of e-Governance to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of land management in the developing countries like Lebanon and Belarus. The study identifies a four-stage model for e-Governance that suits the requirements of developing countries while considering their limitations. The study also analyzes the economic efficiency of land management in Bela-rus and Lebanon in light of the four-stage model. The study concludes with the managerial implications for land managers and government officials and guide them to improve the public service by enhancing the efficiency of land mana gement using e-Governance. | en |
