Abstract: Using solid-state reaction method, the ceramics of Ca[3]Co[4]O[9+δ] doped by Bi[2]O[3] was prepared, its microstructure and properties were investigated.
Методом твердофазной реакции была получена керамика из Ca[3]Co[4]O[9+δ], легированная Bi[2]O[3], исследованы ее микроструктура и свойства.
