The article describes influence of reduction of complex flame-retardant (triazine and red phosphorus) and grafted olefin copolymer on performance characteristics of polymeric compositions based on polyamide-6, and also on their extrusion processability. Optimum on structure and final properties polyamide composition is offered for use in manufacture of corrugated tubes for electric harness.

The main problem of creation of high-filled DPK is that at introduction of wood fillers the complex of indicators of mechanical and rheological properties, in particular strength characteristics and the composition indicator of fluidity of fusion (IFF) considerably changes. The possibility of application of siliceous compounds: Perkasil and silan, as modification agents is studied for support of rational using of rubbertechnical articles production wastes based on butadienenitrile rubber. The main technological and exploitation characteristics of elastomeric compositions filed by untreated and treated ground vulcanizate are researched. It’s shown that surface modification of ground vulcanizate based on BNKS-18 A by siliceous compounds allows get satisfactory properties of rudders even with the high contamination of modificated wastes in elastomeric composition.

This article deals with the analysis of particle sedimentation velocity in water media with application of video information and pictures management. Kinetics of particles sedimentation in model suspensions and in wastewater were studied by gravimetric method and also by method of video recording of sedimentation with digital photo camera and pictures processing in computer program Adobe Photoshop CS3. In the result of research it was found that analyses of histograms of brightness make it possible to determine particles sedimentation velocity in water media with less time and labor expenditures than in gravimetric method.

Cosmetic emulsion components on the basis of their functional identity analysis in the cosmetics composition have been selected. Emulsion samples with different component composition have been obtained by means of “hot/hot” disperse method. The main organoleptic and physicalchemical characteristics have been determined. The resulting regularities have been analyzed, the preferred composition has been selected. Hair mask sample has been prepared and tested. Organoleptic and physical and chemical characteristicsof the cosmetic were shown to meet the requirements of STB 1673-2006.

Surface-active properties of systems “water – surfactant Genapol LRO”, “water – polyvinylpyrrolidone”, “water – Genapol LRO – polyvinylpyrrolidone”, depending on the amount of components were studied. It was established that polyvinylpyrrolidone is a surface-inactive substance, and the surface activity of the preparation Genapol LRO is 32.9 (J · l)/(m2 · mol). Foaming capacity of water solutions of the SAS in the concentration 0.02–50.00 g / l was defined. Over the whole range of concentrations highly resistant foams were obtained. It was confirmed that the preparation Genapol LRO performs the functions of both frother and stabilizer. It was investigated the influence of polyvinylpyrrolidone on solutions to foam and them stabilization for the surfactant of 2.0 g / l. The quantity of polyvinylpyrrolidone, providing the production of hygienic detergent in accordance with the requirements of STB 16752006, was determined.

In this study electronic absorption spectra of John's Wort extracts of different types from the collection of Central Botanical Garden of the Belarusian NAS have been investigated. It has been shown that the character of electronic absorption spectra significantly depends on the nature of herbal material, temperature, polarity of solvents and pH value of medium. The Hypericum perforatumwas found to be the most prospective home herbal material. The optimal conditions of hypericin extraction from John's Wort, including temperature mode and pH value have been established. On the basis of spectral researches it is shown that the greatest extent of hypericin extraction is reached at ethanol and acetone use.

Statistical process control methods and possibility of their use to solve quality problems of the output products have been discussed in the article. Variability of the technological process and its effect on the output products quality have been characterized. Situations which claim interference in the technological process have been described. Different types of Shewhart control cards have been considered: simple control cards by variables and alternative attributes, cards with warning boundaries, cumulative sums cards, exponentially weighed moving averages cards. Besides univariate control cards, Hotteling multivariate control cards and cumulative sums cards which are used to control multi-parameter technological process are discussed in the article. Fields of application of different types of control cards are described.

The method for processing of fiberglass plastic is proposed for deriving of the fiber constituent, applied as reinforcing filler for producing secondary composite materials. It is proved by theory and experiments the influence of modes of shock-centrifugal mill to produce a fibrous component with the highest content of fibers with a length of more efficient. The obtained analytical regularities can be used to develop the design of the elements of the mill, as well as for the optimization of the grinding process.

Changes of properties and structure of styrene-acryl film-forming polymer are investigated at its modification by a mix of carbon fullerenes. The interrelation between change of a superficial tension of solutions of polymer and change of a roughness of a surface of the cured films at modification is found. Physic-mechanical properties of new composition of mastic for processing of a surface of metalwork are defined. Recommendations are developed and practical approbation of finished goods for sealing of seams of construction designs is carried out.

The article is devoted to studying of influence of nitrogen-containing pitches on properties of technical types of paper. Influence of conditions of receiving pitches on hydrophobic and physical mechanical properties of samples of paper from cellulose and waste paper is shown. It is established that efficiency of effect of studied pitches significantly depends on a look fibrous the semi-finished products, used in paper composition. Increase of efficiency of strengthening effect of studied nitrogen-containing pitches at reduction of a molar ratio carbamide : formaldehyde to 1.0 : 5.9 is shown.

The article deals with the research of possibility ofutilization of rubber industry wastes – rubber crumb, in elastomeric compositions. Influence of size of crumb on properties of composition material is studied. It is in process shown that dispersion of rubber crumb has influence on properties of rubber products. It is established that for making of elastomeric composition material it is expedient to use the crumb of 0.5–1.0 mm fraction , as application of crumb of more shallow fraction increases the prime price of the received wares, and the use of large particles makes the results of physical mechanical parameters. worse.

Temperature factors, the constants characterizing intermolecular interaction in these systems are defined. The intrinsic viscosity is defined with the use of the various linear extrapolation equations. The composition of margarine products and spreads with the increased emulsion stability and prolonged expiration date is developed in the factory laboratory. A distinctive feature is the use of plant saponins as emulsifiers and ascorbic acid as an antioxidant water-soluble component. The use of these additional ingredients makes margarines and spreads the products of functional food. It is established that the use of saponins and vitamins with antioxidant properties increases the expiration date of the product. It was shown that the licorice saponins and ascorbic acid inhibit hydrolysis and lipid peroxidation (the speed of growth of acid number and concentration of malondialdehyde).

Conditions of the chromatography analyses of essential oils providing the yield of all components with the contents over 0.01% were selected. Essential oils of 10 samples of Norway spruce growing in the same edaphic-climatic conditions of the park UE “Brovki” were obtained by hydrodistillation. Qualitative and quantitative analyses of the received essential oils were performed. More than 50 components composing the essential oil were identified. The obtained statistic data allowed to calculate standard deviation of repeatability, standard deviation of intermediate precision with a variable factor “time + operator”, expanded uncertainty of measurement results for the confidence level P = 0,95.

The title reaction has been studied as a variant of the cyclopentane ring functionalization of cyclopent-5-ene[d]isoxazolines as the key intermediates in total synthesis of azaand oxo prostaglandin analogues by nitrileoxides approach. The oxidation, epoxides cleavage and hydrolysis of obtained monoesters and/or acylation lead with good yields to trans-5,6-dihydroxycyclopentanoisoxazolines or their acyl derivatives. The synthesized substances are the intermediates in total synthesis of prostaglandin analogues, as well as perspective biologically active compounds.

It is shown that depending on the applied modifiers of rosin and conditions it is possible to make modeling structures with a wide range of physical-mechanical and operational properties. The use of modified rosin in model compositions opens up wide prospects for the development and production of new model compositions at the chemical plants of Belarus.

During research of kinetics of curing of two-phase elastomeric composites the new kinetic model, allowed to explain heterogeneity of the grid which was formed in this process of curing crosslink was developed. In numerical experiments it is shown that average extent of sewing together of all system increases more slowly, than when curing in lack of diffusion of vulcanizing substances, and the speed of curing and the general extent of sewing together of a composite as a whole decreases.

The paper deals with the study of paper pulp composition influence on properties of paper based on waste paper raw materials. Application of the method of mathematical planning and solution of optimization tasks helped to establish the optimum contents of a sizing agent and cationic starch in the paper pulp composition, comprising 0.109 и0.5% of a. d. f. respectively. It is shown that the degree of paper pulp beating should be 45°ShR in order to achieve the required values of breaking length 3700 m, tensile energy absorption 34.2 J/m?, bulk 2.39 sm?/g and elongation 1.6 mm.

Article is devoted to receiving and research of compositions on the basis of industrially made polyamide6 modified by N,N '-bis-maleamidoacid of metaphenylenediamine. Existence in macromolecules of polyamides reactive carboxyl, amide and amino groups, capable to interact with multifunctional monomeric and oligomeric modifiers, gives the chance of receiving the materials possessing properties of sewed polymers. As a result the use of bis-amidoacid as a modifying additive in the system of aliphatic polyamide-6 provides the improvement of strength properties and thermal characteristics of a polymeric material.

The results of researches of elastomeric compositions on the basis of the natural rubber, containing a Vulcuren VPKA-9188 are given in this paper. Thisingredient use as substitute of the accelerator of sulfuric curing of DFG. The addition of the componentallows to lower aniline allocation at rubber usage, to carry out vulcanization with high speed and practically without reversion. It is established that addition of various vulcanization systems to rubber mixes influences technical properties of vulcanizates. The parameters of the crack growth resistance to the repeated flexing differ in 1.1–1.4 times. Such distinction probably is connected with the nature and density of the cross-linking bonds which are forming in volume of elastomeric composition in the course of curing. Application of studied ingredient in serial elastomeric composition of tire rubbers demands correction of composition and dosage of vulcanizing system.

In the second year of commercial fruiting the nitrate content in berries of low bush blueberry was 13.5 mg/kg. As compared to 2011 (the first commercial harvest) it number decreased in 4.3 times. In the conditions of the same amount of applied mineral fertilizers the different content of nitrate in berries of two harvest years can be explain by change in regulations of feeding, manifestation of effect of “dilution” of nitrates in actively being formed with age biomass of cultivated plants and features of weather conditions. In 2012 crop year, the content of nitrate did not depend on the time of harvest, the average weight of fruit and plant genotypes. Storage of berries of a crop of 2011 within 12 months in a freezer at a temperature of minus 16 (+ / –2) °C resulted in a decrease in nitrate concentrations in 2.8 times of their initial quantity.

It is shown that the replacement of natural filler (barium sulfate) with particle size of the synthetic 1.50?2.00 microns with a particle size 0.50?0.57 microns allows us to give the correct paper whiteness and breaking length but to maximize the strength of the paper sheet. Found that decreasing the size of the filler particles from 1.50?2.00 to 0.50?0.57 microns can help improve their retention in the structure of the paper through the course of the process of filling in heteroadagulation while the process of penitration, which has a positive effect on its printability.

Amides of rosin resin acids are a promising material for use in the technology of paper and cardboard in order to increase its strength characteristics. Therefore product of rosin resin acids interaction with diethylenetriamine arouses interest. The influence of temperature and duration of the process of interaction of rosin resin acids with diethylenetriamine on the acid number of the product are examined in this article. Melting point of the received rosin amides was defined. The thermal stability of the reaction product of abietic acid with diethylenetriamine was studied. It was proved that this product contains the appropriate functional groups using Irspectroscopy.

The present researches are aimed at studying the influence of composite pellets on their quality measures. To obtain experimental samples of pellets, we used the main tree species of wood, that is pine, alder and birch. Found that the pellets produced from hardwood inferior in mechanical strength of the pellets obtained from pine. Technological solution to this problem was to establish the optimal composition of the fuel pellets and chemical activation of hardwoods. The highest strength pellets are achieved with the use of starch. The laboratory results were tested in industrial applications through the issuance of an experimental batch of fuel pellets.

The ability to consume phosphates from the medium has been assessed for bacteria isolated from activated sludge. There was selected an isolate, which cells has the highest level of phosphorus accumulation. It is shown that the most efficient consumption of phosphates from the medium per biomass unit is reached while incubating bacteria alternately under aerobic conditions and the conditions without aeration followed by the aerobiosis. The effect ofthe duration of the incubation stage without aeration on phosphates consumption has been studied.

The paper dwells upon investigations of establishing the influence of peat briquette composition containing deciduous tree (alder and birch) wood on its ash content, density and strength. The obtained experimental data allowed to construct the Scheffe diagram, graphically illustrating the effect of the composition on each parameter of peat briquette quality. The compromise task of establishing an optimal ratio of components (peat, alder and birch 64/26/10% respectively) in peat briquettes was solved.

Conditions of the chromatography analysis of essential oils providing an exit of all components with the contents over 0.01% are selected up. Essential oil from five kinds of the fir growing in identical climatic and soil environments is received by the method of hydrodistillation. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oils is carried out. In the structure of essential oils 38 components are identified. The obtained data can be used for practical application of fir essential oils.

The paper is dedicated to passive fillers, which are the necessary substances for a method of water activity determination in liquid samples by mirror dew-point temperature measurement. A number of such fillers for water activity analyzer Roremeter RM-10 are tested. The comparative analyses of their features and standard cellit-powder’s characteristics is provided. The following fillers are recommended as the most effective replacers of cellit: carefully dried absorbent carbon, cleaved lignin, kaolin, silicagel, pounded red and fire brick, and ceramic plate pieces.

The influence of the conditions for obtaining reinforcing additives based on copolymers of styrene and maleic anhydride on change of the physical and mechanical properties of paper is established. The obtained products are completely soluble in water and have an anionic character. Greater anion character has partially saponified sample. The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the greater resistance to thermo-chemical degradation has a saponified sample. In this case, activation energy is 177.2 kJ/mol.

The biotic community composition of free-floating and fiber-porous carrier immobililized active sludge from Ivatsevichi treatment plant aerotanks, functioning under nitri-denitrification conditions, has been studied. Differences in flock structure, species composition and proportion of main indicative groups of free-floating active sludge organisms for different technology lines have been revealed. About 50 species of organisms have been identified. The ability of the fiber-porous carrier to adsorb the considerable amount of sludge biomass has been shown.

The features of curing polydienes by vulcanizing system based on composite curing activators was studied. Based on analysis of the investigating results of cure and elastic-strength properties rubbers was found that the modification of zinc oxide as a basis of the formation of actual curing agents increases of the active sites of vulcanization and as a consequence, increases the rate of vulcanization and improving physical and mechanical properties of rubbers.

Currently in agriculture much attention is paid to development and use of low-cost and at the same time effective methods of fight against weeds. In this regard, widely purchased sulfonylurea herbicides. The paper presents the general characteristics, mechanism of action, degradation pathways (hydrolysis, photochemical transformation and microbial degradation) of metsulfuron-methyl and tribenuronmethyl. The key role of chromato-mass-spectrometry to establish the mechanisms of destruction these herbicides by soil microorganisms is shown.

The results of researches of freezing temperature and titratable acidity of milkforcibly adulterated by ammonia are given in the article. Samples of the sterilized milk are used for researches. To reconstruct the origin of the phenomena the conditions of high acidity milk production are considered in details. The process of natural souring of sterilized milk is analyzed. Buffer properties of milk are described. Much attention is paid to the description and discussion of occurring processesat introduction of additives of water solution of ammonia.

The paper dwells upon the molecular cloning of genes coding the structure of mouse immunoglobulins, which can specifically bind steroid hormone cortisol. For these purposes primers covering all families of genes, which code the structure ofimmunoglobulins G. Molecular-genetic constructions for effective expression of recombinant antibodies in cells of Escherichia coliwere constructed. Heterologous expression of Fab-fragments was performed. Recombinant protein has been isolated in homogenous state.

Nitrogen-containing compounds were synthesized for the first time in the department of chemical processing of wood. These polymers, which contain amino and amidogroups, different water solubility, regularity and linearity. The essence of obtaining nitrogen compounds studied based on the chemical interaction with rosin diethylenetriamine and adipic (fumaric) acid. Amino and amidogroups participate in the formation of additional strengthening ties. The tests of samples of paper containing his compositions containing compounds, have shown that the new synthesized polymers exhibit strengthening effect similar to the effect of import connections Maresin and Melapret.

The article deals with an efficient and economic way of combination of the fiber composition from fiberglass waste and thermoplastic polymers. As the mixer of components the disk-extruder is used. The effectiveness of the proposed solutions was investigated and proved experimentally. The secondary composite materials having higher values of physical mechanical properties and longer fibers in the composition in relation to the analogous materials are gained in the screw extruder.

The article is devoted to the problems of sorption purifying of the water environments polluted by heavy metals ions. The influence of microorganisms on sorption properties of aluminosilicate sorbents is examined. It was studied sorption of Fe 2 + , Cu 2 + ions with bacterial cell in the free state immobilized on a surface of aluminosilicate sorbents and also at formation of biofilms. It is shown that the presence of the immobilized microorganisms increases the limiting capacity of heavy metals sorption by aluminosilicate sorbent. The formation of biofilms on the surfaces of sorbent increases heavy metals resistance of microorganisms and their sorption efficiency in comparison with the aluminosilicate sorbent.

3-Fluoro arylcycloopent-5-en[d]isoxazolines have been obtained via the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of cyclopentadiene to aromatic nitrile oxides. The reductive cleavage of these isoxazolines by Raney nickel in trifluoroacetic acid led to corresponding acylcyclopentenes along with acylcyclopentanes. The synthesized compounds are the precursors of new prostanoids as well as the analogues of cyclic ?-triketones with fluorinated acyl side chain.

The effect of modification of tar by highly carbonaceous additives on the rate of the oxidation process and the quality of oxidized bitumen has been studied. The dependences of the softening temperature of bitumen from the oxidation time have beenobtained. Penetration, penetration index of oxidized bitumen modified with highly carbonaceous additives tar fractions have been determined. The relaxation characteristics of oxidized bitumen: dependences of the relaxation time and the width of the temperature range of the duration of the process of oxidation have been obtained. It has been established that the rate of the process of obtaining oxidized bitumen increases with the number entered modifier by reducing the induction period.
