The concept of a continuous fermentation of a mashin the bioreactor equipped with the microfiltrational module, ensuring separation of brew with filtrate takeoff (an aqueous-alcoholic solute) and backstock of a concentrate of yeast to the barmy device is offered. Efficiency of functioning of preproduction models of the microfiltrational elements designed of pressed titan powder with the average pore size from 2 tо7 micron is introduced. Throughput of filter cartridges on an aqueous-alcoholic solute on modelling system is experimentally defined and was 700–1.000 dm 3 /m 2 · hour at absolute efficiencyof keeping of yeast cells.

Single plant selection using complex of seed quality traits requires development and optimization of the methods, which allow qualitative and quantitative analysis applying minimum quantity of seeds. The proposed evaluation scheme of seed composition enables optimal use of seed material for individual plant analysis: oil percentage (Rushkovsky’s extraction method), fatty acid composition (vaporliquid chromatography), protein and ash content (dynamic thermogravimetry), elemental composition (electron probe X-ray fluorescence method). Reproducibility of analytical methods used was assessed by the coefficient of variation, the reproducibility index (ARI) and the convergence of data on seasonal cultivation.

The article presents the results of thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy, and microscopic examination of the densified alder wood. Purpose of the research was the identification of chemical and mechanical changes resulting from its piezothermal treatment. The results of thermogravimetric analysis were used to execute substantiation changes in wood properties during compaction. The obtained results allowed to choose the criterion for assessing the degree of wood plastification.

The influence of zinc oxide, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate on such important film characteristics as opacity, vapor permeability and funginertness has been studied. Currently, the problem of waste plastics recycling gains relevance not only from the standpoint of environmental protection, but also due to the fact thatthe shortage of raw polymer plastic waste becomes a powerful raw materials and energy. Among the large place occupied by waste drop-in polymer systems comprising two or more polymers. To improve the quality characteristics of such mixtures and products from them, they added compatibilizers. This process allows for compatibility of the components, thereby reliably ensured riding components miscibility and high thermo-mechanical properties of the material.

Method for the qualitative and quantitative assessment of clarithromycin – macrolide antibiotic – in pharmaceutical formulations was developed by using Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) transmission spectroscopy for quality control. The calibration model was developed based on simple Beer's law using the FT-IR carbonyl region (C=O) from 1,750 to 1,675 cm ?1 . Statistical analysis of the results was developed by using TQ Analyst program and based on the least square method. The good coefficient of determination was achieved R 2 = 0.9973. Recovery was achieved from 98 to 106%. The method based on the FT-IR spectroscopy for the quantitative analysis of clarithromycin in pharmaceutical formulations is a fast and promising technique.

Article examines the effectiveness of the reinforcing action for the first time received additives based on adipic acid with diethylenetriamine and tall oil rosin acids rosin. It was found that the synthesized polymers exhibit polyaminoamide hydrophobic properties due to the presence in their structure of resin acids . Strengthening effect of these compoundsis shown by introducing the structure of nitrogencontaining groups contribute to the formation of additional interfiber bonds. Tests have paper samples containing in their composition nitrogen compounds showed that hardening effect new synthesized polymers are not inferior to imported compound Melapret PAE / A, and hydrophobicity and the wet paper samples with the newly synthesized polymers exceed the value of these indicators for the paper samples containing imported analog.

Results of the estimation of the precision for determination of volatile compounds in alcoholcontaining products by gas chromatography: acetaldehyde, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, isoamyl alcohol are presented. To determine the accuracy, measurements were planned inaccordance with ISO 5725 and held at the gas chromatograph Crystal-5000. Standard deviation of repeatability, intermediate precision and their limits are derived from obtained experimental data. The uncertainty of the measurements was calculated on the base of an “empirical” method. The obtained values of accuracy indicate that the developed method allows measurement uncertainty extended from 2 to 20 % depending on the analyzed compound and measured concentration.

Article is devoted to the problem of spoilage of oil and fat products in the course of their production, transportation and storage which is caused by the hydrolytic and oxidative processes leading to deterioration of organoleptic properties of fat and oil products and decrease in their nutrition value. Chemical basics of hydrolysis of triacylglycerols are considered in detail. The mechanisms of an acid and base catalysis of hydrolysis of acyl bonds are presented. The mechanisms of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant action of ascorbic acid and ?-tocopherol are shown. Influence of natural vegetable emulsifiers and antioxidant vitamins on quality of margarine and spreads during storage is shown.

This article presents the results of research by chromatographic and spectroscopic methods of fatty acid composition of vegetable oils which sold in the trading network of the Republic of Belarus, it also presents an assessment of their quality characteristics from the standpoint of modern views on food hygiene. It was found, that the vegetable oils include both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids with one or two double bonds. Two samples of sunflower oil was found in the analysis that do not meet the requirements of the quantitative content of oleic and linoleic acids. Quality counterfeits were also found among the tested olive oils. Fatty acid composition must be controlled continuously during production and use of vegetable oils, and especially mixtures thereof. The combination of spectroscopic and chromatographic methods allows obtaining detailed picture of analysis of the fatty acid content in oils.

Properties of the rubber mixtures and vulcanizates based on styrene-butadiene rubber composition in the presence of composite vulcanization activator were studied. Activators include zinc oxide, fatty acids and derivatives thereof, mineral fillers and organic fillers. It has been established that the use of new activator provides the desired cure rate. By the level of elastic and strength properties of prototypes to meet or exceed the standards of control. The possibility of reducing the dosage of vulcanization activators while maintaining the required level of vulcanization and physical-mechanical properties of molded rubber. Advantage of advanced products is the ability to reduce the content of environmentally hazardous zinc oxide formulations rubber goods and improved manufacturing techniques of rubber compounds through the use of non-dusting forms of ingredients.

The article studies the influence of urea-formaldehyde oligomers on technical properties of paper types. The influence of the studied oligomers on the electrokinetic properties and the ability to dehydrate water-fibrous suspensions. Shows the effect of modified oligomers on the hydrophobic and physical-mechanical properties of the paper samples. It was established that the modification of the aminoformaldehyde oligomer lactams ?-aminocaproic acid affects the efficacy of the products obtained for improving the strength of paper.

The article presents a study of two kinds of papermaking pulp properties, that is thermomechanical and chemi-thermomechanical. The article is devoted to the problem of waste water clearing from heavy metals. For analyses of water detoxification it was examined a method of microalgae E. gracilismovement testing at light and dark conditions. It was shown that cells E. graciliswere the most active in organic-mineral media at light and more sensitive to heavy metals in dark. Velocity of cells motion and their life ability were decreased with increasing of heavy metals Fe 2+ , Cu 2+ , Zn 2+ , Co 2+ , Ni 2+ , Cd 2+ , Сr 6+ concentration from 10 –7 to 10 –2 М and time of testing in water medium. Biological testing of cells movement makes it possible to appreciate in for 15–30 min a level of waste water detoxification at different stages of technological water cleaning.

This article presents data on the polyacrylonitrile (PAN) effect upon the elastoplastic and mechanical properties of kraft pulp (unbleached softwood sulphate pulp). In the present research the possibility of obtaining in vitro sulphate pulp together with reinforcing agent of polyacrylonitrile was studied. PAN consumption was varied from 0.05 to 0.20 wt % based on the dry weight of the chips. Micrographs of cellulose samples showed that PAN was distributed on the surface of cellulose fibers in the form of fine spherical shape particles and made it possible to increase the strength of kraft pulp by 15?18% (breaking length was increased from 8,480 up to 9,990 m, breaking strength ?from 93.8 up to 109.5 N, energy absorption at break ?from 76.0 up to 92.6 J/m 2 and folding endurance ?from 7 up to 13 double folds).

Mechanism of flame-retardant action f the mixe of triazine compound and red phosphorous in glass fiber reinforced polyamide-6 has been studied. Derived infrared spectra of char indicate of the interaction between red phosphorous and polyamide-6, that results in polymer surface carbonization. Compact carbonized layer protects virgin polymer layers from fuels and also acts as thermal barrier. Triazine compound leads to dilution of the fuels in combustion zone.

The surface-active and optical properties of surfactant specimen Comperlan KD have been recearched using various methods of analysis. The surface activity, adsorption, micelle formation and solubilization quantitative characteristics have been determined, hydrophilic-lipophilic balance has been calculated. It is shown that specimen Comperlan KD can be used with anionic surfactant specimens as a component of hygienic detergent. It was confirmed that this surfactant specimen performs the functions of stabilizer of foarm and solubilizer of essential oil.

The possibility of making prepreg based on thermoplastic polymers and glass fabrics melt technology is shown. The effective permeability coefficients when impregnated fiberglass various thermoplastic binders is experimentally determined. The effect of the exponent in the law of flow of the polymer melt at the effective permeability is shows. The range of admissible parameters prepreg production process is calculated. Experimental samples through glass fiber prepregs and the thermoplastic polymers are made.

Method for determination of internal stresses influence on durability of powder paint coatings is developed. The method is based on the difference ofthermal-oxidative degradation activation energy of cross ЕD-linked film-forming material within loose and metal-bedded film. It is shown that powder paint coatings internal stresses are insignificant as metal-bedded cross-linked film-forming material does not take big deformations of coatings in the process of their formation as well as during the usage. Reduction of thermal-oxidative degradation activation energy of the parameter ЕDwith such internal stresses is only 3–7 kJ/mol and it does not reduce the coatings durability much in comparison with the influence of the factor of the climatic chamber of UV radiation and high temperatures.

The problem of vulcanization (curing) of massive products is considered important for technology of processing of polymers. It is shown, that during structurization compound rubber materials distribution of temperatures on all section is unequal, that results in distinction in structure and properties of such samples. Temperature fields in cuts of a product are designed and dependences of change of structural parameters are established. Kinetic characteristics of process of vulcanization are determined and recommendations on creation and updating of modes of vulcanization massive elastomer products are produced.

The article deals with some consequences of changing requirements to the level of cow milk acidity under different thermal treatment. The factors, which affect the normalized acidity values of raw milk, are under consideration. The interconnection of cryoscopic temperature and titratable acidity of the product is shown. The general dynamics of freezing temperature changes of heat-treated milk has been traced by the example of three finishedproducts from well-known Belarusian producers for a few last years. It is shown the decrease of freezing point for milk products after introduction of more stringent requirements to acidity of the raw material.

The denitrification, phosphorylation and dephosphorylation dynamics in activated sludge systems was studied in the lab conditions. It was shown thatthe dephosphorylation took place mainly in between 30 min and 60 min of aeration time. The denitrification rate is defined by nitrates concentration in mixed liquor and depends on the current conditions – availability of dissolved oxygen, volatile organic compounds and others.

Strengthening effect on the kinds of junk paper provides nitrogen poly-measures based on amides of resin acids. Conditions developed modification of resin acids and polycondensation of adipic acid with a polyamine allow to obtain a polymer with an acid number of 20–30 mg KOH/g and infinitely miscible with water. The resulting polymer of the physico-chemical properties and hardening effect is not inferior to the best imported counterpart Melapret PAE/A.

Carbamidfuran and carbamiddianfuran pitches the technology of reception is developed for foundry manufacture resource-saving. As a source of formaldehyde and partially a carbamide it is used carbamidformaldehyd a concentrate. Concentrate use allows to receive pitch with the high maintenance of solids, to exclude a stage evaporation ready pitch, to reduce time of synthesis of pitch and to lower the expense of heat on its reception. The conducted tests of pre-production models of pitch in industrial conditions have shown its suitability for reception sand pitch mixes which apply to manufacturing casting from aluminium.

The results of studies that allow to establish the feasibility of using a modified aspen wood as a raw material for thermomechanical pulp (TMP) in the production of newsprint. Modification of wood chips can increase the proportion of aspen wood in combination with spruce up to 30% without reducing the strength of quality newsprint. When this process is accelerated and the grinding timber increases reactivity of hemicelluloses and lignin, but also leads to lower energy consumption.

The possibility of identification oftrace amounts of nanomaterials inpolymers by diffractometry was investigate. As elastomeric matrices used samples based on styrene-butadiene (SBR), natural isoprene (NC), ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubbers. Processing ofthe results of diffractometric analysis with the release of the main components, which affects the reflectivity of the surface of the composites was carried out. Containing of carbon fullerenes C50–C92fraction ranged from 0.005 to 1.0 phr. The dependence of the change in the agglomerate size with a maximum intensity of reflection was obtained.

These present researches are aimed at establishing the expediency of using modification of wood in the production of fuel pellets. The results of tests of pellets samples of the modified wood showed that in general use as a modifying agent protein adhesive ismore effective than the use of starch pastes. The best values of the physico-mechanical properties were obtained for pellets samples of wood modified by gelatin and albumin at a rate of 0.5%.

The synthesis of new fluorinated primary nitrocompounds ?(2-fluorophenyl)and (4-fluorophenyl)-(2-nitromethylcyclopentyl)methanones has been realized by the nitromethane 1,4-addition to 1-acylcyclopentenes, available by the reductive cleavage of corresponding cyclopent-5-en[d]isoxazolines. Influence of various vulcanization activators on properties of unfilled elastomeric compositions based on synthetic polyisoprene and oil-extended butadiene-styrene rubbers is investigated. Plastoelastic and relaxation properties, and also scorching resistance and kinetics of curing of rubber mixes with traditional and composite vulcanization activators are defined. As the composite vulcanization activator “Vulkativ-FC” was used. Its feature is the lowered content of zinc oxide and presence in the composition saturated fatty acids. The correlation of elastic and strength properties of vulcanizates with type and containing of the applied activator is established.

It is shown that to reduce the size of the filler particles from 3–5 microns (natural) to 0.65–0.82 microns ({[CaCO3]m· nCO3 2– · (n – x)Na + } x– · xNa + ) allows for the filling process in geteroadagulation and penetration. To obtain high elevated paper with high-hydrophobic and strength properties it is advisable to sequentially introduced into the pulp slurry, calcium chloride and sodium carbonate to obtain superfine particles of filler (consumption10% of a. d. f.), then polyethylenimine (consumption 0.075% a. d. f.) and adhesive based on alkylketenedimer AKD (consumption 0.5% a. d. f.) demonstrating flocculating and sizing effect respectively.

In the represented work it is offered to use the crushed glass fiber waste as a filler for polyester premixes and prepregs. The technological modes of production of products and important physical and mechanical properties of press materials on the basis of nonsaturated polyester pitches when using the crushed glass fiber waste instead of traditionally applied chopped glass fibers are defined. The obtained data allow to speak about possibility of use of secondary thermoreactive materials for production of small and mid-size products.

Article is devoted to valuation the possibility of using new synthesized compounds as anticorrosive pigments in natural drying alkyd primers. Technical and physical properties of new pigments based on transition metal compounds of different nature (oxides, phosphates, car-bides, complex compounds) and phosphorus-containing pigments was investigated, new reci-pes of primers was designed, physical, mechanical and protective properties of coatings was investigated. Dependence of the anticorrosive properties of the synthesized pigments, primers and coatings was established from their chemical nature.

Currently, chemical methods of pest bio deterioration of materials, products and constructions are the main complex of destructive actions. In particularwood preservative very effective way to save forest resources for the longest time protects. In developed countries, the use of antiseptics reached industrial scale. The search of effective forms of applyingantiseptics and rational use of them continue to be relevant tasks. The review is devoted to the methods of antiseptics on the basis of the terpenoid compounds. It is given broad spectrum biocide properties of antiseptics and use of anti-septic funds in protective compositions and coatings for various purposes.

Comparative analysis of the composition of essential oil of fir during its evaporation in air for 12 weeks by method of NMR 1 H and 13 C was carried out. 12 major essential oil components were identified and quantified. It was found that the compositional change of essential oil is reflected experimentally in the quantitative content of components, and caused mainly by evaporation of highly volatile compounds. The oxidation and polymerization processes in new products approve themselves slightly.

The assessment of protective properties is defined by electrochemical methods of research, and also with physic-mechanical that gives the most complete idea of the corrosion processes proceeding under a paint and varnish film. Data of researches allowed to correct covering structure for separate scopes for the purpose of achievement of high extent of protection of metal surfaces.

The influence of consumption of E and A vitamins, essential oil of a lemon and the heat treatment’s duration on properties and on resistance to oxidation of rape oil emulsion was researched. The resistance to oxidation is estimated with numbers of peroxide and acid and quantity of malondialdehyde. It’s shown that addition of 0.1g A and E vitamins or 0.15 g essential oil of a lemon for 50 g emulsion decreases the quantity of acid products and reduced the acid accumulation during heat treatment. The emulsions containing emulsifying bases of Lipoderm 4/1, the refined deodorized rape oil, tsetilpalmitat, water and antioxidants meets to STB 1673-2006 requirements.

The composition of a hydrolytic lignin from dumps of JSC Bobruisk Plant of Biotechnologies is investigated. It is shown that long storage of lignin resulted in the reduction of the total content of polysaccharides at significantly smaller degradation of the actual lignin. The main directions of use of a hydrolytic lignin are considered, and recommendations about the most perspective and rational directions of its utilization are made: receiving fuel briquettes and pellets, organo-mineral fertilizers and sorbents.

A method for producing a cosmetic soap including natural ingredient and soap base. As a natural soap component used propylene glycolic extract of camomile, peppermint, or a mixture of the extract and the materials extracted from the crushed particle size of 1 to 2 mm, obtained by extracting the crushed raw material in the raw materials and the ratio of extractable extractant (1 : 10 – 1 : 20), at a temperature of 20–60?C for 10–50 minutes, and added in an amount of 1–4% by weight of the soap base.

The basic types of defoamers and their applicability in different systems. Determination evaluation criteria steps defoamers. The regularities of the actions of defoamers of different chemical nature, and their mixtures in water-dispersion paint for painting of plastic. Obtained data set for defoaming action of additives of different chemical nature. The dependence of the speed of defoaming from chemical nature of defoamers and their number is studied. Found optimal concentration of defoamers and their mixtures in water dispersion system for painting of plastic products showed the presence of a synergistic effect when using a mixture of defoamers in the present systems. The mechanism of their defoaming actions was suggest.

Steady growth of plastics industry necessitates the disposal of waste products from them. More and more manufacturers seek to include recycled materials and their technological waste in polimers compositions. Blending polymeric materials commonly used in the preparation of thermoformed articles from sheets of thermoplastics. Thermoforming process is cost effective, as it requires a significant investment in tooling in the manufacture of small batches of parts. In this study we investigated species discard practical use products, namely bath made by a combination of methods of thermoforming and contact molding coextruded sheets of ABS plastic with polymethylmethacrylate. Results of the study showed the veracity of the submitted samples assumption that as a raw material in the manufacture of sheets usedrecycled materials, which led to marriage in the finished product.

In this work the qualitative and quantitative chromatographic analysis of ferulic acid in plants, cultivated in the Republic of Belarus have been carried out. The most amounts of ferulic acid have been found by HPLC method in beetroot peel (147.34 mg/100 g dry material). It have been found that the kind of beetroot “Prygazhunja” contains the most amounts of ferulic acid, it could be used as raw material for isolation of ferulic acid in preparative amounts.

The effect of fractional structure of the granulated nanofiber carbon filler on the electrical properties of epoxy resin composites has been investigated in this article. The conductivity and permittivity of composite materials has been measured in the frequency range of 100 Hz – 1 MHz. It was shown that the grain-size distribution of the applied filler effects the electrical properties of epoxy resin / carbon nanofiber composites.

The results of tests of layered wood plastics on the basis of a birch veneer and thermoplastic adhesive compositions based on polyvinyl acetate and polyurethane are presented in the article. The basic advantages and disadvantages of such layered wood plastics and separate components of composite materials are described here. Moreover, the possibility of separate components characteristics modifying by the use of turbohardener and moisture resistant impregnating substance for the purpose of improving of characteristics of all composite material as a whole is proved in the article. Besides, advantages which can be achieved by such modifying of components and possible application spheres of the wood plastics made from such components and possessing higher performance are analyzed in the work.

The real researches are directed on study of influence of waste of logging in compositions pellt on their main figures of merit. Woody biomass feedstock was to obtain experimental samples of pellets sawdust, pine needles and bark. Complex and contradictory nature of the influence of each component of woody biomass was studied on a set of properties of pellets. Found that the optimum content of the investigated components in the composition is sawdust – 70%, needles – 5% and bark – 25%. In this case the best combination of values of quality pellets obtained: density – 1.49 g / cm 3 , ash content 0.42%, and the mechanical strength – 6.5 MPa. Release on the results of studies conducted an experimental batch of pellets.
