The technological characteristics of materials based on metal-containing polymeric wastes to calculate and optimize the seam-forming process parameters were defined. According to the method of the disk compression between parallel plates, the parameters of the flow law, consistency coefficient, and the exponent were determined. The data on the conditional yiel d strength, coefficient of friction, diffusivity and shrinkage of compositions based on polymer waste were obtained. The effect of the amount of metal-containing wastes on the technological characteristics of the compositions was determined. The level of viscous properties gives the possibility of processing the compositions by the seam-forming method from metal-containing up to 70% polymer waste. The para meters of the conversion process in the product com-positions based on metal-plastic waste by seam-forming method were estimeted. Depending on the geometry and mass of the resulting products the parameters that determine the performance of the process and selection of basic technological equipment were calculated

Fluorescence spectra for a series of mixed phenyl-mesityl 5,10,15,20-tetraarylporphyrins – with Mes4, Mes3Ph, Mes2Ph2- trans, Mes2Ph2- cis, MesPh 3 and Ph4 type architecture (Mes – mesityl, Ph – phenyl) – in their free base, mono- and diprotonated form are reported. Substitution of a single mesophenyl group with a sterically more demanding mesityl group is found to be sufficient to provide stabi-lization of the monoprotonated porphyrin species. A decrease in the number of mesityl substituents in the macrocycle leads to a decrease in the fluore scence quantum yield for protonated forms. The pro-gressive replacement of ortho,ortho’-substituted mesityl groups with unhindered phenyls results in the additive pattern of spectral changes for the free base porphyrins, whereas for both protonated species a specific jump at the trans to cis transition is observed, along with a gradual additive pattern before and afterwards. This feature is interpreted as a signature of the transition between the hindered-like and un-hindered-like conformations of the tetrapyrrolic m acrocycles in the protonated forms. These two mo-lecular conformations provide a different interaction of the two one-electron (a1u,eg) and (a2u,eg) configurations, which leads to changes of their contributions into electronic transitions.

Use of a composition of active chlorine bleach, calcium and sodium hypochlorite for disinfection of water supply facilities connected with disposal of waste solutions, any variant cau ses their transfer into the environment. The effect of solution for disinfection of drinking water supply facilities using active chlorine and ozone to the ground has been studied in terms of actual and potential dehydrogenase and catalase activity, and biomass plants. The change of the component composition of the soil and the reduction of the respiratory activity of its microbiota using bleach and sodium hypochlorite for disinfection of water supply facilities is studied, while the residual ozone leads to th e activation of orga nic compounds oxidation processes and to less significant transformation of organic matter in the soil. Systematically polluted by waste solution with active chlorine soils must be subjected to remediation, preferably by active soil bacteria or specialized bacterial st rains, which are capable to degradation of orga-nochlorine substances. The use of ozone for the disinfection of drinking water supply facilities will reduce the environmental burden to surrounding area soils.

The article is devoted to validation of method of quantitative determination of drug substance – chloropyramine in medicine “Chloropiraminum, cream for external application, 10 mg/g”. The research purpose was to conf irm documentarily that a spectrophotometric method is suitable for quantitative determination of chloropyramine hydrochloride in medicine “Chloropyraminum, cream for external application, 10 mg/g” and allows getting results with the required metrology characteristics. The research objects were the samples of medicine “Chloropyraminum, cream fo r external application, 10 mg/g”. The absorbance measurements were conducted at the spectrophotometer of RV 2201A. It was developed the plan of validation, including the determination of the following validation characteristics: selectivity, trueness, application range, linearity and precision (repeatability and repro-ducibility within the laboratory). For every validation characteristic the criteria of acceptability were calculated. In accordance with the developed plan the experimental researches were carried out and it was found out that validation characteristics were in the accordance with th e criteria of acceptability. As a result of validation which was carried out in accordance with TKP 030-2013 (02040) it was con-firmed that spectrophotometric method for determination of chloropyramine hydrochloride in medicine “Chloropyraminum, cream for external application, 10 mg/g” is available.

The compounding of elastomeric compositions increased hardness for the production of hoses coiling constructions is worked out. The studies found, that the introduction of technical carbon P 803 in the amount of 105 parts by weight at 100 parts by weight of rubber leads to a slight increase in the viscosity of the rubber composition, hardness and tensile strength, a slight decrease in elongation at break. Introduction of technical carbon P 803 in the amount of 110 parts by weight at 100 parts by weight of rubber results in an increase in the viscosity of the rubber composition, hardness and tensile strength of conventional on 4%, reduction in elongation at break on 4%. Introduction of technical carbon P 803 in the amount of 115 parts by weight at 100 parts by weight of rubber results in the increase in the viscosity of rubber mixture on 6%, the hardness on 13%, decline of tensile strength and elongation at break on 6%. Reducing the value of the conditional indicator tensile strength and a significant increase in hardness indicates an excess of carbon content in the rubber composition, the content of carbon technical P 803 therefore optimal 110 parts by weight at 100 parts by weight of rubber. Decline of maintenance of dibutyl phthalate to 8 parts by weight rendered unsatisfactory technological behavior of mixture at roll-forming, that hampered dispergating of ingredients at mixing. Thus we have found that the optimum content of the plasticizer in the rubber mixture of dibutyl phthalate – 10 parts by weight softener and bitumen – 5 parts by weight at 100 parts by weight of rubber.

The influence of new modifiers of adhesion on the technologi cal properties of the unfilled elastomer compositions based on synthetic isoprene rubber SKI-3 is investigated. Synthesized adhesion promoters constitute silica acid fillers modified with cobalt, nickel, and a combination of cobalt and nickel. This fillers contain are duced number (compared with industrial cobalt stearate) of ions of metals of variable valence on the surface. The samples were investigated by roentgenofluorescsence analysis on wave x-ray fluorescence spectrometer Axios (PANalytical, Netherlands) to establish the quantitative composition of the adhesion modifiers. Tests are carried out to determine the dependency of the change of Mooney viscosity of rubber mixtures, relaxation processes, occurring in volume of an elastomer matrix, and the time to reach the optimal degree of vulcanization of the investigated dosages of the adhesion promoters and amounts of metal ions on their surface. The type and dosage of the synthesized promoters of adhesion of rubber to the brass plated steel cord are established that improve the technological properties of the unfilled elastomer compositions. It is revealed that the introduction of rubber mixt ures based on SKI-3 cobalt-containing modified silica acid fillers with 7.3 and 9.3 wt % allows obtaining elastomeric compositions with similar properties to the compositions containing industrial cobalt stearate.

Dewaxing petroleum oil raffinates is carried out by low-temperature rectification in sovents acetone – toluene. To intensify the process as an additive-modifier we used ε -caprolactam. Analysis of structural-group composition dewaxed raffinate by infrared spectroscopy showed that in the presence of ε -caprolactam selectivity of dewaxing is increased due to smaller content slack aromatic, branched paraffins and oxygenates structures. However, if the content of ε -caprolactam > 1 wt % selectivity of separation is reduced, apparently by increasing solvent power system acetone – toluene ( ε -caprolactam).

The article describes the composition, structure, performance and technological characteristics of polymer wastes resulting from cutting of batteries on JSC “Beltsvetmet”. Such wastes can be divided into two types that are encouraged to use as a polymer matrix and a filler, respectively, during polymer composites production. It was revealed that the samples of composite materials based on wastes compared to primary raw materials have a high e nough performance (tensile strength, elongation at
break, bending strength, tensile and bending module of elasticity, impact strength, density, shrinkage, water absorption). Such composites can be used for the manufacture of product s for technical purposes which do not impose stringent requirements. Offered materials can be processed by standard methods
on an ordinary equipment. The mode of obtaining products from polymeric composites by injection molding method is also matched in the paper. The products that can come from the materials are proposed. Making of composite materials from polymer wastes allows to the enterprise to get an additional profit and reduce the degree of influence on environment.

A bioprotective paintwork materialfor wood surface with reduced content ofbiocide additive has been developed. The fungi inertness of acrilyc, styrene-acrylic and vinyl-acetate-ethylene films on the base of its dispersions has been investigated. It has been shown that the most stable film to the mold fungi when the changing of mechanical properties and chemical struct ure is a film on the base of acrylic dispertion. The influence of pigments, their volume concentrationand paint surface on the coatingfungi inertness coatingwas studied. It was noticed that zinc oxide among zinc pigment decelerates fungi growthbetter than others. The main principles ofenvironmental impact reduction of abioprotective paintwork material have been defined. They are: the choice a biostable film binder, fungitoxic pigment and inert filler use, their quantities are defined on the pigment volume concentration, except the component which can stimulate fungi growth.

The search for new compounds to prevent or attenuate skin aging and enhance self-image is a priority of current research on active cosmetics. The modes of the cosmetic creams production such as “oil-water” on the basis of self-emulsifying basis Li poderm 4/1 were worked out. Matryxil peptide was used as active substance. A novel aspect of Matryxil is its ability to act via topical application, which offers multiple advantages in comparison to formulations based on botulin toxin. We studied the colloidal stability, thermal stability, pH, particle size of the dispersion phase. It was found out that the best one is to disperse the fat phase with the rotor speed of 10,000 min –1. Lower rotation leads to the production of emulsions with a wide range of dispersion phase sizes, higher rotation leads to the airing of the cream, which is reflected in its consistency. When stored for 60 days, the pH value does not undergo significant changes, which indicates the absence of hydrolytic processes in the emul-sion, leading to deterioration of the finished product. Use of Matryxil peptide in an amount up to 5% in cosmetic cream formulation does not redu ce the emulsion properties of the cream.

The article presents the results of the development of methods for determining the content of beta-agonists in livestock products. The paper analyzes the issue of the use of hormones in the feed for farm animals, existing threats and risks to human health, determines the maximum allowable levels of clenbuterol residues and ractopamine in the animal products, describes the existing methods for determining the content of beta-agonists physical-chemical and chemical-biological methods. The objects of investigation were frozen beef slabs, beef liver, milk. The content of ractopamine and clenbuterol in the samples was determined by ELISA method. Based on the data basic the metrological characteristics of the determination of clenbuterol in animal products were established – the detectable concentration range from 0.04 to 2000 ng/kg, the relative standard deviation of repeatability 0.8% (meat), 0.7% (milk), the relative standard deviation of intermediate precision of 1.0% (meat), 0.9% (milk), and ractopamine – detectable concentration range from 0.02 to 8,100 ng/kg, the relative standard deviation of repeatability 0.3% (meat), 0.4% (beef liv er), the relative standard deviation of the interme-diate precision of 0.8% (meat) and 0.9% (beef liver ). Extended standard uncertainty measurements of clenbuterol and ractopamine did not exceed 1%. The results will be used to develop the methods for determining the content of beta -agonists by ELISA quality control and safety of animal products for human consumption.

New functional mayonnaises with a balanced composition ω -3 and ω -6 fatty acids were developed. Raw vegetable oils (sunflower, linseed, rape seed and corn) were selected and their compositions are investigated by using gas-liquid chromatography at the first stage. The investigation, fatty acid composition of natural oils showed that none of them can’t to provide introduction of essential fatty acids into the human organism in the required quantity and right proportion. The blends of vegetable oils with a balanced composition of polyunsaturated fatty acids was calculated in the second stage. Basic physico-chemical properties of the obtained samples of blends of vegetable oils were established. In the third step, the functional mayonnaise recipes using obtained blends of vegetable oils have been developed. development types of mayonnaise were produced in the laboratory of JSC “Minsk Margarine Plant”, it was defined their physico-chemical and organoleptic ch aracteristics. It was found that the physico-chemical and organoleptic quality ratings, obtained mayonnaises meet requirements imposed on them in the fullest extent. In the fourth stage, the fatty acid composition of the obtained mayonnaises was investigated. It is found that the mayonnaise retained their fatty acid composition during manufacture and storage, and consequently their functional properties. The results of the research confirmed the possibility of the release of mayonnaise on the base of proposed blends, because they are fully meet by the physico-chemical and organoleptic quality ratings are established in the requirements of the standard STB 2286 “Mayonnaise and mayonnaise sauces. General specifications”

The present report discusses the theoretical basi s of nitrogen removal from wastewater, based on the processes of ammonification, nitrification, denitrification, and on a more recent direction called ANAMMOX-technology. The necessary conditions for this processes are considered. Biological phosphorus removal from wastewater through the proper use of microorganisms under different environmental conditions is noted. In this paper the recent advances of process design and operational optimization for nutrients removal are reviewed. Increasing volatile fatty acids is the main direction for higher efficiency of biological removal phosphorus. Products fermentation of primary sludge or feeding in anaerobic and anoxic zones is used for increase of volatile fatty acids. An important factor in increasing the degree of wastewater treatment with simultaneus lowering of energy costs is preliminary contact of initial sewage to circulating active silt in the conditions of aeration. It has been suggested to use a step feed denitrification and technology with cycling zones for lowering the energy consumption. Anaerobic, anoxic and oxic zones were designed and constructed in a single reactor. Although the volume of the reactor was limited and the capability of the process in th is reactor was reliable, it has a very good efficiency for removing phosphorus from raw wastewater. The high MLSS of activated sludge, fixed microorganisms and application membrane techology are used for significan tly increase of the capacity of plants while reducing their volume.

In the article it was considered a problem of urban sewage sludge decontamination and meth-ods of its control. It was estimated the efficiency of sludge decontamination under CaO and mi-crowave treatment on the base of determination a total quantity of coliform, thermotolerant coli-form bacteria, mesophilic aerobes and facultative anaerobes, helminth eggs. It was shown that the level of sewage sludge decontamination under microwave treatment at specific energy consumption 0.1 kW·h/kg decreased the amount of sanitary indicative microorganisms, helminth eggs till nominative meanings allowing using non-toxic sewage sludge as fertilizers. It was proposed a biocalorimetric express-method for estimation of sewa ge sludge decontamination that makes it possible to decrease the labor treatment and time of their safety analysis. Comparative estimation of sludge decontamination efficiency showed that MAFAnM index and cell’s heat production are well correlate between each other. Electrospinning from solutions of polymers as a perspective way of nanofibres manufacture in the field of nanotechnologies is reviewed in the paper. Chitosan which possesses a wound-healing effect is used as nanofiber-forming polymer; it is also non-toxical, biocompatible and biodegradable. Nanofibres on its basis manifest a superdeveloped surface, a nd voids rating. Taking into account curative properties, chitosan is very effective at creation ambustial, long non-healing wound and trophic ulcers. Nano-fibres from chitosan were produced according to the Nanospider technology on the NS LAB 500 S (“ELMARCO”, Czech Republic). During process of nanofibres electrospinning potencial difference be-tween electrodes up to 60 kV wa s created. Impact of electrospinni ng technological parameters on chi-tosan nanofibers coating morpholo gy and surface density are described. Most preferred electrospinning process parameters are selected. The structure of a nanofiber layer is analyzed by method of scanning microscopy on JSM-5610 LV JEOL. SEM images of nanofibres are presented. The results of work can be used on medical devices production.

When forming products from thermoplastic polymers and compositions on their basis, including sheet blanks, are passing heat and mechanical processes, which require special study: heating and cool-ing, viscous-plastic flow, sealing and shrinkage, the deformation of viscous stretching, consolidation. For sheet workpieces made of recycled polypropylene it was determined the kinetics of cooling in two modes: convective heat transfer in air and contact heat exchange in the chilled form. The work-pieces sheets for the study were obtained at the extrusion head of the manifold type. When molding product the experiment took place in conditions that are very close to real. Temperature measurement was carried out on the surface and in the center of the workpiece. To obtain the temperature profile across the thickness of the blank numerical analysis on the basis of the solution of the heat equation for one-dimensional flow was carried out. It is shown that the results of analytical calculation and experiment correlate well. The derived dependences used to determine the magnitude of the visco-fluid layer by thickness of the workpiece, which ensures the formab ility of the material in the fina l product, as well as to identify the optimal temperature and time parameters, while ensuring the adhesion bonds between the two heat-ed molds in the process of forming a composite product.

The search for new compounds to prevent or attenuate skin aging and enhance self-image is a priority of current research on active cosmetics. The modes of the cosmetic creams production such as “oil-water” on the basis of self-emulsifying basis Li poderm 4/1 were worked out. Matryxil peptide was used as active substance. A novel aspect of Matryxil is its ability to act via topical application, which offers multiple advantages in comparison to formulations based on botulin toxin. We studied the colloidal stability, thermal stability, pH, particle size of the dispersion phase. It was found out that the best one is to disperse the fat phase with the rotor speed of 10,000 min –1. Lower rotation leads to the production of emulsions with a wide range of dispersion phase sizes, higher rotation leads to the airing of the cream, which is reflected in its consistency. When stored for 60 days, the pH value does not undergo significant changes, which indicates the absence of hydrolytic processes in the emulsion, leading to deterioration of the finished product. Use of Matryxil peptide in an amount up to 5% in cosmetic cream formulation does not reduce the emulsion properties of the cream.

The validation of the method of qualitative determination of anabolic steroids in biological active additives for sportsmen by gas chromatography with mass-detection has been carried out in this work. The experimental researches have been carried out at the gas chromatograph Agilent 7890 А and mass-spectrometer Agilent 7000 with triple quadrupole at health protection institution “National anti-doping laboratory”. The sample preparation has been done by the extraction of the analyzed compounds and their tr ansformation into volatile trimethylsilyl derivatives. The identification of these received compounds has been carried out by their reten-tion time and their mass-spectra. The de termination of validation characteristics of qualitative determination of some anabolic steroids in a biological active additive for sportsmen “Isolife isotonic” has been carried out: 17-α-metyltestosterone, dihydroepiandr osterone, nandrolone, methandienone, testosterone. As a result of validation of this method it has been confirmed that such characteristics as selectivity, limit of detection, sample carrying, robustness are in the accordance with acceptable criteria. Сonsequently, this method could be used for finding out anabolic steroids in biolog ical active additives and special food for sportsmen.

The hydration of α-pinene of gum turpentine and separately pinene fractions in the organic acids media for the purpose of obtaining terpene alcohols, which are widely used as flotation reagent for mineral processing in mining production were studied. The best results are obtained among the organic acids when 70% formic acid is used. The α-pinene hydration process in the acid imedium is exothermic, and it is necessary to maintain a constant temperature of 65 °C to reduce the rate of side reactions. The main component of turpentine, resulting in the formation of α-terpineol is α-pinene; 3-carene, terpinolene, and limonene contents do not practically change in the reaction mixture, which testify their stability in 70% formic acid media. The maximum content of terpene alcohols (60,1%) was obtained when using α-pinene fraction at a ratio of α-pinene and 70% formic acid 1.0 : 1.1 for 3 hours. Increase of the duration of hydration reaction leads to the decrease in the content of terpineol in the reactio n mixture due to the secondary isomerization processes.

Some consequences of recent change of the demands to cow fluid milk acidity are discussed. The average results of freezing point, titratable and active acidities, conductivity, water activity, density, moisture, nonfat milk solids of milk were analyzed. The samples of market pasteurized milk, ultra-high-pasteurized milk, sterilized milk and baked milk were investigated. The factors that affect the normalized titratable and active acidities value were described. The relationship between the study of physical and chemical properties is shown. The dynamics of their changes in drinking milk in recent years is traced. Losses of the freezing point, pH and titratable acid ity of dairy products following the introduction of new requirements to its acidity were demonstrated. The amount of ions and nonfat milk solids in pasteurized milk were increased. The water activity and nonfat milk solids in ultra-high-pasteurized milk were not changed. The stabilization of moisture in sterilized milk and increase the conductivity of baked milk is shown. The technological modes produces of drinking milk led to increase the pH value range.

The influence of carbon black types P-803 and S800 on elastic, strength and deformation properties of rubbers intended for production of molded rubber products has been studied. As objects of research the rubber mixtures based on combination of general purpose rubber SRI-3+SRD and special purpose rubber BNRS-18AMN were used. The studies of chemical composition of the surface of various carbon black types revealed that the surf ace of carbon black type S800 contains a large amount of sulfur and a minimal amount of oxygen, the presence of which may influence the curing process, and consequent-ly on the elastic and mechanical properties of rubbers . It was established that P-803 carbon black type substitution by S800 type leads to increase in streng th characteristics, Shore A hardness and to decrease in relative compression set of vulcanizates based on BNRS-18AMN. In rubber based on combination of rubbers SRI-3+SRD with carbon black type S800 re vealed decrease resistance against growth tears and increase Shore A hardness of vulcani zates, compared with samples of rubber with carbon black type P-803. The character of changes in rubber properties may be due to the influence of the carbon black type on the structure and density of curing grid.

The production technology of protective decorative coatings for asbestos-cement boards carried out with the use of powder polyester paints of domes tic manufacture is described. The technology was implemented in productive conditions of the Open Joint Stock Company “Krichevcementnoshifer”. The results of testing of asbestos-cement boards with polymeric coatings of blue, green and dark-red colours are presented. The testing was carried out for adhesion, frost- and heat-resistance, abrasive resistance, resistance to variable temperatures, accelerated weathering, water-resistance, colour fastness. It is shown that the complex of performa nce characteristics of the pilot lot of asbestos-cement boards with polymeric coatings corresponds to the requirements of STB 1118-98.

The article presents the influence of joint and separate introduction of fillers (ADDITIVE 13169, TALC MB, EFPE 1001, VC PE 175) and stabilizers (RA10) masterbatches on the thermal aging of polyethylene’s composites. It was estimated the thermal stability of polyethylene compositions by determining dynamics change of strength properties du ring thermal aging. The ac tivation energy of thermal oxidative degradation of polyethylene compositions was calculated. The content of carbonyl groups in the IR spectra was determined. Compositions with high thermal stability containing mas-terbatches chalk (VC PE 175) and talc (TALC MB) and masterbatch stabilizer PA10 were developed.

Polyimides thanks to the unique properties such us thermal stability, good mechanical and electrical characteristic, resistance to high energy a wide temp erature range, excellent planarization popular in engineering and technology, particular in microelectronics. The production efficiency can be improved by providing photoresist properties to the polyimide materials using in microelectronics technology due to reduction of process steps and low bad production. Conversation is about, the creation of photosensitive pol-yimides negative and positive type containing reactive groups, which can by capable of being polymerized by UV-light with photo initiator. The main aim of this work increase the sensitivity, resolution and heat resistance of the material, on the base of a photosensitive polyimide composition. A new photosensitive polyimide composition based on polyamide acid solution in an organic solvent, tetramaleinamidoasid with the light-sensitive component. As show in the article, the possibility to create polymer cposs-linked structure which can explain solubility difference after UV-radiation exposure in the chemical natural of the compounds. The composition has shown good results in photosensitivity and other properties.

The article gives analysis of the need for process simulation when developing new methods of making dimensional products from fiberglass, in particular, during the transition from hand-molding technology to pressure impregnation technology. In this work the results of determining the basic parameters of filler (fib erglass), its behavior un-der applied compressive force and change pack porosity are presented. On the physical model we studied the way the resin passes through the porous space and defined coefficients of pro-determined permeability in two directions, time of impregnation of predetermined packet sizes, and degree of filling to a certain depth. The experimental result s were compared with the results of numerical calculation of the modified body orthotropic theory of heat conduction. The results of calculation of the duration of impregnation for model plane models provide high of performance of convergence with the results of the experiment, which enables the use of numerical methods for simulation of the process as applied to real structures. Using the experimental data obtained from the coef ficients of permeability of fiber system, we cal-culated the time of full impregnation of the actual product. During the calculations, we have changed the source data for the applied pressure and, varying the circuit supplying and removing the binder, determined the optimal parameters for which the filling of the pore space of the fiber system does not exceed the lifetime of the binder. Modeling allows us to observe the distribution of the binder in the flow of resin during the impregnation process. Application of numerical method allows us to achieve high quality products and to im-prove understanding of the production process.

The following substances were used as additives: maleated rosin modified with oleic acid, containing maleopimaric acid ( ≈50%) which did not react with maleic anhydride rosin acids; rosin-itaconic ac-id adduct, containing up to ≈50% of citraconopimaric acid as a mixture of two isomers; octylimide of rosin-itaconic acid adduct; imide of maleated rosin and aniline, containing up to ≈50% of N-phenylimide of maleopimaric acid; imidoamide of maleated rosin and aniline, containing maleo-pimaric acid anilide N-phenylimide; imidoamide of maleated rosin and p-anisidine, containing maleopimaric acid p-methoxyphenylamide N-( p-methoxyphenyl)imide. Their uses as processing aids in rubber compounds based on synthetic isoprene rubber are considered. Processing parameters, such as Mooney viscosity, scorch resistance, kinetic characteristics of vulcanization of the rubber mixtures with nitrogen adducts of rosin are investigated.

Uralkyd oligomers are considered to be promising film-forming. They are widely used in the production of high-quality paints and varnishes for vari ous purposes (primeres, paints, priming-paints). The success of these materials is due to the high properties of coatings formed. These coatings have high adhesion, strength properties and corrosion resistance. The advanages of these materials is feed-stock availability, low cost compared to other polyurethanes, their usability. Uralkyd materials is one-component and low-toxicity system. So they are promising in the protection of various metal from corrosion. Uralkyd oligomers sufficiently versatile in use. They can be applied a lot of methods and combined with many types of paints (nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber and oily alkyd oligomers). They can be used at the factory painting and refit painting of metal products.

The dynamics of granules formation after incubation of activated sludge with aeration in urban wastewater and wastewater of dair y production was monitored in laboratory. The prepared sludge mixture was incubated on Enviromental Shaker-Incubator ES-20 with the operating frequency of 140 rpm. The pH value was maintained in the range of 6.8–8.5, at temperature 20, 25 and 30°C. The detachable-filling up the mode of incubation that provided alternation of load and of sludge starva-tion was selected. For the purpose of selecting the largest and the most compact flakes and preservation of formed granules, the sedimentation time of activated sludge between feedings was 7 min. Based on the distribution of microorganisms by the main indicator groups, low level of development of the original activated sl udge was noted. Up to 80% of microor ganisms in the activated sludge were testate amoebae. Changes in number and species composition of activated sludge biocenosis in the process of granules formation were tracked. Significant decrease in the number of testate amoebae and obvious increase in proportion of peritrichous ciliates (up to 34% after incubation in municipal wastewater and up to 61% in wastewater of dairy production) was observed. The selected recharge mode was chosen: 1 time per every 4 days for municipal wastewater and 1 time per 10 days for wastewater of dairy production. This provided great er stability of the activated sludge volume after set-tling. The difference in sludge sedimentation character istics, after incubation at different temperatures was marked. With the increase in temperature of incubation, the rate of silt deposition increased and the final volume of sludge after a 7-minute settling reduced. In activated sludge incubated in wastewater of dairy production the granules were found after 70 days, and their size ranged from 1.5 to 4.0 mm. In samples with urban wastewater, the granules formation started on the 80th day, and their size did not exceed 1.5 mm.

Chemical treatment of wood albumin in the technology of pellets is considered from the point of view of the possible directions of chemical reactions in the interactiontion of its reactivity with components of wood – lignin and polysaccharides (cellulose and hemicellulose). It has b een shown that at high temperature and pressure parameters for the compression step – primary to obtain pellets technology, car-bonyl, carboxyl, amine and amide functional groups of albumin may enter into an esterification reaction involving the hydroxyl groups of the reactive lignin and also a reaction of formation of new hydrogen bonds between two electronegative atoms which, together as oxygen and nitrogen acts. Using albumin as a glue with its variation rate of from 0.1 to 0.5% to a. d. a wood composite pellets composed of different kinds of wood resulting in improved performance pellets complex values characterizing their mechanical strength. Pellets obtained with the introduction of albumin in their composi-tion, meet all the requirements for the materials of the fuel use.

Detailed analysis of the resource base essential oils into the Republic of Belarus. It is shown that one of the sources of essential oils may be of wood greenery of coniferous breeds of trees. Essential oil from five kinds of the fir growing in id entical climatic and soil environments is received by the method of hy-drodistillation. Conditions of the chromatography analysis of essential oils providing an exit of all components with the contents over 0.01% are selected up. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oils is carried out. In the structure of essential oils 55 components are identified. Based on the analysis of the quantitative content of components, recommendations on the use of essential oils of certain types of fir. The formulations of perfumes and samples of sh ampoo and hair balm based on essential oil-color fir (A. concolor ) and Siberian (A. sibirica). Tested indicators of quality and safety of the obtained samples. By all indicators the prototypes conform to the requirements of the standards. Modifiers that provide catalytic effect in the tar oxidation were cons idered. The use of iron stearate, cobalt salts as modifiers was studied. The modifier concentration in the tar amounted to 5.0% by weight. The tar modification effect on the oxidation kinetics was defined. The relationships between oxidation rate constants and oxidation time were analyzed for the modifiers-catalysts. It was demonstrated that modifiers which contained salts of metals with variable valence had the catalytic or inhibitory effect on the oxidation, depending on the modifier concentration in the tar. It was shown that the addition of modifiers-catalysts effects on the quality characteristics of the oxidized bitumen. The relationships between softening point and penetration were determined for oxidized bitumen from the modified or unmodified tar. The article presents a comparison of oxidized bitumen derived from modified tar by modifiers-catalysts in the optimal concentration. modifier nature was the main factor determining the effectiveness of modifiers, which affected the structure of the oil system. Inhibitory and catalytic effects on the oxidation were executed by the addition of brown coal pyrolysis resins and oil shale py rolysis resins, respectively. Analysis of the kinetic curves allowed establishing the following: iron stearate had the greatest effect on the oxidation process, the effect allowed to increase rate constant to 8.7 times. It has been established that the addition of cobalt modifier can improve the thermal-oxidative stability of the oxidized bitumen.

The possibility of paraffin wax separation from the high-boiling slack wax by static crystallization has been studied. Gas chromatographic analysis of individual hydrocarbon composition of the high boiling slack wax and its structural-group compos ition by the method of IR Fourier spectroscopy has been determined, experiments on the de-oiling on installation that simulates the operation of industrial crystallizers has been done. It is established that the de-oiling process of the high-boiling slack wax by static crystallization is obtained tightened in time and economically impractical. It has been proposed to introduce the paraffin oil from low-boiling slack wax as a diluent for the high boiling slack. Physical and chemical analysis of individual raw material components and their mixtures has been determined, the process of de-oiling by static crystallization has been done. The introduction of the paraffin oil from low-boiling slack wax into the high-boiling slack wax reduces the time and the temperature of partial melting phase of static crystallization without worsening the quality of the melt. As a result, the static crystallization goes faster and different technological costs are reduced.

Foaming process in surfactants’ water solutions of ZETESOL ZN and ZETESOL MG in concentration 0.01–5.00 g/l has been investigated. The Ross-Miles device has been used to obtain foams. The foam ability was characterized by the initial foam volume and foam stability. It was proved that optimal foaming ability has been observed with concentr ation of above-mentioned surfactants above 0.2 g/l. All received foams have been highly resistant. Besides, it was established that foam stability of preparations depends on surface-active and colloidal-chemical properties. Studying the kinetics of foam stability showed that foam destructions happen ed at first 3.5 minutes of existence. The composition of hygienic detergent was developed based on experimental data. The detergent prototype was analyzed on the main organoleptic a nd physicochemical characteristics. The carried out analysis of prototype proved its compliance to requirements of STB 1675-2006 “The cosmetic hygienic
washing products. General characteristics”.

The synthesized compounds are precursors of new fluorinated prostanoids and carbocyclic analogs of acetogenins being of great interest as potential bi ologically active substances as well.

Petroleum tar was exposed to microwave irradiation or added with isopropyl alcohol and then oxidized to paving bitumen. The bitumen adhesion to mineral materials was investigated. Either of the two kinds of treatment enhanced the bitumen adhesion to marble chips and sand. The adhesion to the marble chips ran up to 5 points in contrast to 3 point of the sand adhesion magnitude. Addition of the alcohol to the tar promotes rise in alcohol benzene and benzene resins content in resulting bitumen to the greater exnent then the microwave irradiation which leads to reinforcing its bond with
marble chips and sand.

To increase crop yields by destroying weeds the separate group of pesticides exist, that is called herbicides. Among the herbicides based on chlorphen oxalcanecarboxylic acids products of sodium and ammonium salts, as well as 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), are widely used. However, the production and use of pesticides affects the state of the environment and pose a potential risk for public health. In this paper the need to clarify the mechanisms of transformation and degradation of 2,4-D de-rivatives under the action of physical, chemical and biological environmental factors was showed. The preparations based on 2,4-D, registered in the Republic of Belarus is reviewed. The mechanisms of action of these xenobiotics are described, analysis of their toxicity for the environment components is performed. Particular attention is paid to the microbial degradation of pesticides, possible ways of their degradation under the action of microorganisms enzyme systems are described, the factors, that affect the biotransformation process are an alyzed. It has been shown that th e bacterial degradation of 2,4-D is carried with the formati on of 2,4-dichlorophenol by en zyme 2,4-dihlorphenoxyacetate-α-ketog-lutaratedioxygenase, and further the intermediate degrades with 3,5-dihlorocatechol formation using 2,4-dihlorphenolhydroxylase in two ways: or tho-splitting or peripheral meta-splitting.
