Abstract

The qualitative composition of food for people leading an active life, should be selected based on individual physical characteristics. Anyway, the food must contain all the essential macro and micro el-ements. When the optimal supply structure ensures high performance and primary prevention of many diseases (cardiovascular, atheroscle rosis, cancer, and others), increases immune resistance, and en-hanced protection from the effects of adverse environmental factors.
