Abstract: A method of solid-phase reactions for the synthesis of BiFeO3 multiferroic from the precursor Bi25FeO39 and Fe2O3 oxide has been developed and the effect of various heat treatment modes on the crystal structure of BiFeO3 and optimal synthesis conditions has been investigated.
