Abstract: Using the solid-state reactions method Na[0.55](Co[1]M)O[2] (M = Cr, Ni, Zn,W, and Bi) ceramics were prepared and their crystal structure, microstructure, electrophysical, thermophysical, and thermoelectric properties were studied.
С использованием метода твердофазных реакций была получена керамика Na[0.55](Co[1]M)O[2] (M = Cr, Ni, Zn, W и Bi) и изучены ее кристаллическая структура, микроструктура, электрофизические, теплофизические и термоэлектрические свойства.
