Abstract: Thin films of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) and CuPc - polystyrene (PS) composites were prepared by laser evaporation in vacuum. The crystalline structure and morphology of films were investigated by ТЕМ, AFM and optical absorption methods in relation with dc dark electrical conduction, photoconduction and adsoption-гesistive response to NO[2].
