| Abstract: | Trademarks are signs that provide distinction between goods and services of different companies. They influence the marketing strategy of enterprises and consum er’s behavior towards producers. The article defines the concept of «trademark», examines the process of trademark registration, and provides a linguistic analysis of the names. |
