Abstract: This paper investigates the influence of movable packing on flow dynamics in absorption systems. With the increasing demand for efficient gasliquid contact in various industrial applications, movable packing technologies have emerged as a significant enhancement over traditional static packing. This study explores the effects on mass transfer rates, flow uniformity, pressure drop, and liquid hold-up.
